You should always inspect a property in person. A drive by inspection is not enough, as the property listing may use a real address but the property is not for rent or sale.

• Never send or wire money to people you do not know or trust.
• Avoid fraud by meeting all sellers in-person to pay for items.
• Q8property.com does not participate in any transaction or offer any payment services.

Images and text policy

Q8property.com members are not allowed to use images—including photos and other pictures—or text they didn't create themselves. Exceptions to this policy would be if they are authorized to do so by the owner, its agent, or the law.
